Due to the nature of vape products, we have a limited return policy.

Defective products

Contact us within 14 days of delivery for verified manufacturer defects. We will arrange a replacement at no cost. Photo/video evidence may be required.

Non-returnable items

Opened or used products, items damaged by misuse, and sale items are non-returnable.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
